Provide all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, tools, supervision and management efforts, under an Indefinite Quantity Contract, to perform interior and exterior painting of various buildgins, complete and ready for use. Offers shall be aware that there will be no wage adjustment made for the option year. Only one Davis-Bacon Wage Determination shall be included in the solicitation, and this wage determination shall be in effect for the life of the contract. Performance period is for 12 months with two (2) 12 month options, to be exercised by the Government if found to be in its best interest. FAR Clause 52-217-5 ''Evaluation of Options'' and FAR Clause 523-217-8 ''Option to Extend Services'' are included in this acquisition. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1721. The related Small Business Size Standard is $7.0 million annual receipts for preceding three fiscal years.
