Work consists of the relocation and reassembly of an existing 7 section, single story, approximately 4800 square foot modular building. The sections (trailers) are currently stored at a remote site at Carderock. Each section measures approximately 12' wide and 60' long with the hitch and wheel assemblies in place. Reassembly includes drystack block piers on an existing asphalt pad and connection to existing utilities and other work necessary to make a complete and usable facility. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The SIC is 1541. This project is being solicited under simplified acquisition procedures. This solicitation is unrestricted and open to all interested firms. The projected date for the availabilty of the Request for Quotes is 01 July 1996. Quotes are due 18 July 1996.
