The bldg provides space for the base's Housing Offices and Self-Help Center. The Housing Offices provide space for administrative, counseling and support areas. The Self-Help Center provides space for training and storage of materials. The estimated construction cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. Plans and Specs will be available o/a 29 July 96 and BOD will be o/a 28 Aug 96. There will be a non-refundable charge for each set of solicitation documents.
