This project consist of constructing a 3200 SF pre-engineered metal building with a standing seam roof for Security Police Mobility Storage Facility on Pope Air Force Base NC. The metal roof and metal siding shall match the selected and approved Pope AFB exterior color scheme. The interior layout shall consist of an office, toilet, and mezzanine storage area. The storage facility shall have an automatic sprinkler system, associates plumbing, HVAC system, lighting, and electrical power. In addition, the project shall consist of site work and minor asphalt paving. The performance period is 180 calendar days for this project and the magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. This proposed acquisition will be issued unrestricted.
