Campbell, Contracting Officer 11th Contracting Squadron, Bolling AFB, DC intends to procure Sole Source (Firm-Fixed Price) from Cincinnati Electronics Corporation four (4) MST-ICOM enhancement kits for AN/PSC-7 UHF SATCOM Radios. Cincinnati Electronics will provide the necessary labor for the installation each MST-ICOM enhancement kit Each MST-IC^ UshancemYw)h=-ZVKoists of the AN/CSZ-12 COMSEC module endorsed by NSA, a case assembly, a back plate III housing assembly, and associated hardware. The system will modify existing MST-20 Satellite Communications radios and will allow the MST-ICOM radio to be remotely controlled from a SEU (stand alone encryption unit) that is located thousands of miles away.
