The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns and will provide state-of-the-art integrated analog/digital voice and data local telecommunication switched services with voice mail capability. The proposed contract includes hardware installation, management, training and maintenance services. The system will support approximately 1500 lines with connectivity to various public and private inter-Lata and intra-Lata networks in Columbia, South Carolina. The proposed base contract term will be five (5) years from the date of contract award, with five (5) one (1) year options to extend the term of the contract. Small Business Concerns having the ability to perform and furnish the above services are requested to submit written notification (including telephone number for a point of contact) to the acquiring office listed in this notice within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this announcement. All Small Business Concerns who submit written notification will subsequently be informed of the availability of the solicitation through the Internet (GSA's Home Page) at RFP issuance.
