Espersen, Procurement Representative, 415.768.8989 Toxic Maintenance Area (TMA) Passthrough Hood and Table: Bechtel National, Inc., acting as agent for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on the Chemical Stockpile Disposal Program (CSDP), intends to competitively solicit One (1) Passthrough Hood and Table; and Five (5) Optional Passthrough Hoods and Tables. The hood and table shall be installed in a wall and designed to withstand a pressure difference of 1.5 inches of water. The hood design includes, but is not limited to, two (2) doors (one sliding and one hinged), windows, a damper and electrical feedthroughs. The hood and table material shall be stainless steel. The proposer must have welding procedures in accordance with AWS B2.1 or ASME Section IX and be able to perform NDE testing of critical welds. This procurement is unrestricted with regard to business size. This notice will close ten days after publication.
