Mallgrave, Contracting Officer, 301-975-6330 The National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST), Gaithersburg, MD intends to purchase a rapid thermal processing (RTP) development module to develop new radiation thermometry techniques for measuring the temperature of silicon wafers ungergoing RTP as part of semiconductor device manufacture. The contract shall consist of design, construct, assemble, test, deliver and start-up of the thermal processing development module. The period of performance is ninety (90) days from date of contract award--F.O.B. Destination, Gaithersburg, MD--The award of a cost-plus- fixed-fee completion contract is anticipated.
