Provide =20 lubricants on a just-in-time (JIT) delivery program. In order that =20 potential sources may learn of interest in a specific requirement, =20 an advanced notice is published here. The Small Purchase =20 Facilitation Project Office is interested in seeking companies =20 interested in participating in a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide lubricants on a Just-in-Time (JIT) delivery program. All =20 orders would be placed using the Government issued bankcard. =20 Individual orders would be under $2,500, delivered to the end-users=D5 work sites with a backup delivery site of Building 1206, Receiving =20 Dock, and must be delivered within 24-48 hours of order issue. =20 Companies will be responsible for supplying Material Safety Data =20 Sheets (MSDS) with each item supplied. This BPA is contemplated with a total potential period of performance of one year with three to =20 four one-year options. The anticipated start date is October 1, =20 1996. This synopsis is for information =20 and planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by=20 the Government nor will the Government pay for any information =20 solicited. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the =20 evaluation. Respondents deemed fully qualified will be considered in any resulting solicitation for the requirement.
