The procurement will be conducted under other than full and open competition under 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The source for this requirement is the Texas Instruments/Martin Marietta JAVELIN Joint Venture. The requirement is to improve the JAVELIN Weapon System lethality. The Alternate Main Charge Warhead - Full Caliber (AMCW-FC) will be tested, analyzed, qualified and integrated into the JAVELIN Missile System. (0183)
