We are seeking potential contractors in addition to Boeing Defense and Space Group, who have the knowledge and skills required to successfully provide for the updating and maintaining of the Minuteman and Peacekeeper Technical Orders (TO) data and supporting Boeing Specification Document (BSD) Exhibit 64-29 engineering depot data. The TO updates are for the operation, maintenance, and overhaul of the system and equipment components of the Minuteman and Peacekeeper weapon systems. Contractor requirements include technical evaluation and assessment of the data changes, assure technical correctness is consistent with maintenance capabilities and understand effects of the change to other data. Contractor shall update, integrate and incorporate new data resulting from modifications and new equipment programs. This data could come from other OO-ALC associated contractors. Contractor must ensure that TO change data reach the field concurrently with First Article delivery (FAD) of modification or new equipment. The contractor shall understand the effects of the data changes and advice Technical Order Management Agency (TOMA) of any adverse effects to the weapon system or technical data. Contractor shall have a minimum of ten years of hands on experience with BSD Exhibit 64-29 supporting engineering depot data. Contractor must possess a complete baseline copy of the 64-29 engineering data. The contractor shall update and maintain a master Depot Data Status Report (DDSR) computer file that references all 64-29 engineering data for Minuteman Depot Control Manuals (DCMs).
