The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, equipment, parts, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary to perform vehicle operations, vehicles maintenance, and vechicle analysis of approximately 1653 vehicles as defined in the performance work statement. This requirement will be awarded using requirements for technical acceptance and past performance trade-off technique (PPT). Period of performance will include one basic year, and one option year.
