Technical services on an as needed basis to NUWCDIVNPT supporting system engineering efforts in the standardization, integration, and consolidation of various Advanced System Technology Office (ASTO) products. The procurement associated with these responsibilities will be for technical product oriented services pertaining to the management planning, engineering, analyses, integration, testing, evaluation, and logistic support at both a single site integration facility and shipboard of TCP products. The assigned responsibilities are for the technical direction and coordination of the consolidation of elements of the Sensor Prediction Program (SPP) (VO823), the Navy Standard Desktop Computer (NSTDC) Program, Submarine Combat Systems Improvement (advanced) Program (VO223), the Surface Ship Advanced Development Program (V1704), SSBN Survivability Program (V1781), and SSN Security Program (FO223). A Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract with a 5-year performance period is anticipated. The total estimated level of effort is 324,000 hours. The following minimum requirements were derived by taking the total category hours divided by 9,000 hours (1,800/yr. x 5=9,000).
