The National Park Service, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, San Francisco, CA has identified a requirement to enter into an Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery Cost Reimbursement contract for the purpose of obtaining services related to residential property management and implementation of an historic preservation program for general maintenance and landscape maintenance of the managed facilities located in the Presidio of San Francisco National Historic Landmark District. At a minimum, prospective offeror's must clearly indicate management experience with a residential historic project comprised of no fewer than 200 rental units. Other significant evaluation criteria, each having equal importance, to be evaluated in selection of a firm to perform this contract are as follows: (a) demonstrated team experience in historic preservation for residential property; (b) demonstrated corporate experience indicative of successful past/present management of single and multi-family residential projects; (c) demonstrated successful corporate experience in construction management related to managing improvements and alterations in single family and multi-family managed projects; (d) demonstrated experience of key team members related to historic preservation, residential property management, and residential construction management; (e) conceptual management plan; and (f) geographical proximity to Golden Gate National Recreation Area Headquarters at Fort Mason, San Francisco.
