Provide the following technical and management support during the period 01 October 1996 through 30 September 1997, with four one-year options: (1) Maintain and support BILLCON, an automated financial management and bill control program developed primarily to control and monitor financial operations; (2) Manage, maintain and report problem disbursement data relating to SSP funds and actively participate in the development, operation, and update of specialized Financial Systems for liability and asset management; (3) Correct problem disbursements by reviewing and analyzing problems, researching source documentation, preparing corrective documentation, monitoring correction process and preparing follow-up status reports; (4) Assist SSP in the development and execution of a plan to meet organizational requirements relating to the Chief Financial Officers Act, including developing a format and procedure for consolidating appropriation data from other System Commands provided in automated flat file form.
