Herting, 202/326-4062 The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to award a sole source twelve month contract to ViaTech Systems, Inc. to acquire technical consulting services, which includes technical architecture and application software design in ADP systems administrtion. This is a continuation of work already undertaken by the existing provider. Based on the provider's experience in the development of complex PBGC operating and business systems, knowledge of ADP administration procedures, and several years working with the systems in the context of PBGC policies and procedures, it is the belief of PBGC that the current provider is uniquely qualified to perform the duties of the contract with only minimal assistance from PBGC. Therefore, awarding this contract to ViaTech Systems, Inc. is in the best interest of the PBGC. This is not a request for proposal. See Note 22 (0183)
