USDA, Rural Development, including the Farm Service Agency, requires services to process non-judicial foreclosures to liquidate security properties located in the Territory of Guam. This procurement is a total Small Business Set Aside. The Government intends to issue firm fixed price/requirements contract for a term of one year from the date of award for approximately 18 cases.
