Professional Membership for the Development of Air Force Quality
Membership Program. Any sources responding to this synopsis must meet
the following criteria: The Air Force is seeking to acquire Air Force
wide membership into a qualified organization that develops, documents,
shares, and disseminates data, methodologies, and implementation
systems that member organizations use to continually improve their
products, services, and operational performance. The organization must
provide internal duplication rights for all employees of the Air Force
of over 50 world class training handbooks and workshops. The Air Force
will continue to receive a license to any and all new products, to
include assessment software, from the Organization as long as it is a
member. All employees of the Air Force can attend the Organization's
regional and general session, networking sessions at not cost. These
sessions must be conducted on a regular basis at rotating sites
throughout the U.S. The Air Force must receive Proceedings of member
and guest speaker presentations from these sessions. The Organization
must also provide Air Force employees the opportunity to participate in
Special Interest Groups and contribute to curricula development through
Product Development Teams. The Organization must provide access to a
senior advisor to assist the Air Force in optimizing use of the
Organization's offering and in establishing network contacts for best
practices within the membership. The Air Force will also have access to
the Organization's Bulletin Board System-MemberLink and Calls for
Action. In addition, the Air Force will also receive a discounted rate
should it choose to engage the Organization's certified instructors to

mentioned above, the contract needs to be awarded to a well established
Organization with proven experience, a record of successful
performance, and significant membership by other organizations and
institutions. The cost goal is not to exceed one dollar per Air Force
member for the first 100,000 and thirty cents for all others. Provide
history of past performance on previous awards for services provided
above including brochures, capabilities statement and customer
