Leon, 703/767-1167 The DLA administrative support Center has a need to obtain operation, service, repair and minor construction/alteration services for the building, surrounding Grounds and surfaced areas. The services will be in the followingareas: Underground sprinkler system; dock levelor system; overhead doorsystem; landscaping and Grounds maintenance; window and blind cleaning; maintenance of surfaced areas; maintenance of underground storage tanks; security fences and wire cages; locksmithing; welding, machine and metalwork. General exterior work of maintenance and repair to Walls (includingtouch-up painting), masonry, seams, metal flashing,exterior trim, doors,stairss, waterproofing foundation, windows and roofing. General interior work on carpentry and masonry maintenance repair services on vinyl tiles, interlockingrubber, finished Wood flooring, Carpet, concrete floors,ceramic tile, seamlessresinous epoxy flooring,terrazzo,steel and Rubber tile. General interior work of maintenance and repair on Walls,ceilings and trim to include: Drywall,vinylwall covering, ceramic tile, suspended ceilings. General interior work of maintenance and repair on traverse/curtain rods, blinds/shades, cabinets andcountertops. Location is the Defense Logistics Agency headquarters complex (hqc), 8725 John J. Kingman Rd., building 2462, Fort Belvoir, Virginia,22060-6220. The period of performance calls for a base year and 4 optionyears.(0183)
