Moulton, Contract Specialist, (207)438-2567 Rental of a compressed air system capable of delivery 1200 CFM of dry, oil free air at 125 PSIG. The system shall consist of a diesel powered air cool ''oil free'' air compressor unit, an after cooler unit, an air dryer unit, hoses and related equipment to hook the units together. The units shall be portable and easily moved by forklift or overhead crane without special handling gear. The units shall be capable of operating continiously 24 hours daily for months at a time except for routine maintainence. The vendor shall provide a firm fixed price regardless of hours used. Compressors shall provide Grade D quality air or better in accordance with ANSI/CGA G-7.1 of 1989. Rental of 50' lengths of 3'' ID air hoses at 400 PSI. Rental of air receiver tank for used with item 0001. Service shall be provided within 24 hours after notification by the contracting officer after notification of downtime. Vendor access to the Shipyards. No person not known to be an American Citizen of Good standing and repute shall be eligible for access. Proof of citizenship may be required.
