This is a Notice of Sources Sought/market survey for commercial/industrial firms capable/interested in designing, fabricating, testing, integrating, and installing equipment to drain canisters of a highly volatile and viscous mixture of gasoline, benzene, and polymer. Approximately fifteen (15) of the one hundred (100) gallon canisters will be processed per hour by this equipment which will be integrated with a separate piece of equipment for size reducing the drained canisters. This size reduction equipment will be provided as Government Furnished Equipment. The desired equipment will include a conveyance system, fire suppression system, an airlock, a sump, and a system to punch drain holes in the canisters.
