The work of this project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment approximately 10,000 sq ft of exterior reinforced concrete masonry wall with the exterior walls finished with split faced masonry units. Work to include installation of required bondbeams, lintels, windows, doors, overhead doors, stairways, steel floor truss systems and decking. Options may include installation of overhead doors and painting of exterior roof. The estimated construction range is between $250,000 and $500,000. This solicitation is issued pursuant to PL 100-656, Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and is open to all size firms. No telephone requests for solicitation package will be accepted.
