PRESOLICITATION NOTICE - The work includes removal of equipment and paving; excavation and preparation of soil for building structure; installation of concrete slab, footings, and steel structural frame with roof only; installation of bridge crane and controls; relocation and removal of process tanks; installation of new process tanks; new paving, and associated plumbing, fire protection, electrical and finishing work, and incidental related work complete and ready for use.--The estimated cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. -- Firm Fixed Price Contract.-- Contract duration is approximately 150 calendar days. -- This proposed contract will be unrestricted.--The Standard Industrial Code is 1629 and the annual size standard is $17 million.
