The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, transportation, storage facilities, supervision, and equipment unless otherwise specified herein, necessary for the installation, inspection, testing, maintenance, repair and replacement of backflow preventers and related equipment at the Naval Air Station, Joint Reserve Base, Willow Grove, PA. The scheduled testing and cleaning of the backflow preventer shall be under the ''Firm Fixed Price Lump Sum'' portion of the contract and the repair and maintenance of pressure zones shall be under the ''Indefinite Quantity'' portion of the contract. Both of these services are governed by wages depicted under the Service Contract Act. The installation of backflow preventers, connection breakers and ball valves shall be under the ''Indefinite Quantity'' portion of the contract governed by wages depicted under the Davis Bacon Wages. The term of this contract is for one (1) base period plus four (4) twelve (12) month option years. This is a combination firm fixed price, lump sum and indefinite quantity type construction/service contract. The proposed contract listed here is unrestricted and subject to the evaluation criteria contained in DFAR 252.219-7003, entitled ''NOTICE OF EVALUATION PREFERENCE FOR SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS CONCERNS'' - CONSTRUCTION ACQUISITION - TEST PROGRAM (APR 1996). The applicable SIC Code are 1711 with size standard of $7.0 million and 4941 with a size standard of 5.0 million.
