providing all labor, material, transportation and supervision for
concrete walks, driveways and carports post replacements and all
incidental and miscellaneous related work. The work includes, but is
not limited to concrete driveway removal and replacement, asphalt
removal and disposal, concrete sidewalk removal and replacement,
concrete saw cuts, soil excavation and backfill, disposal and removal
of existing tree, sub-grade preparation, sub-grade and aggregate base
materials, providing concrete curb and gutter, drainage swale and ditch
improvements, adjustment and replacement of existing drainage inlets
frames and grates, removal and replacement of existing trench drain,
removal and replacement of steel carport posts, including its
accessories, and sodding. Estimated construction cost range is
$500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. The period of performance is 180 calendar
