This is final notification of work consisting of replacing approximately 12,000 sq yds of asphalt with portland cement concrete for part of the aircraft parking apron for the 173FW located at Kingsley Field, Klamath Falls, OR. This project includes the milling of a 4'' - 6'' asphalt overlay and replacement with portland cement concrete. The existing asphalt overlay is currently on top of portland cement concrete. The new pavement replacement will follow the existing joint pattern on grade. Project also includes the installation of grounding rods and painting. This solicitation is unrestricted and will be issued on or about 19 July 1996. The estimated construction cost will be between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The construction period will be one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Site visits will be coordinated through Captain Chris Gatz at (541) 885-6310.
