The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids for Water Control Structure Repair at Carlton Pond in Waldo County, Marine. The project consists of the slip-lining and repair of two existing 48-inch diameter water control structures; removal of sedimentation at the inlet of each structure; stop-log replacement; and excavation, backfill, and rip rap replacement as specified. Work shall begin o/a late August, 1996 and be completed by Mid October, 1996. Estimated construction cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is an unrestricted procurement and is open to any business size. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. Plans and specifications for this project will be available without charge. Issue date will be o/a July 12, 1996.
