Any additional utility requirements, steam generators, chillers, and electrical service, needed to support this facility shall also be provided by this project. Environmental concerns of the 1391 document will be handled by ''environmental friendly'' paints and stripping agents. Estimated cost range is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. An advanced non-refundable fee of $65.00 (half size) and $225.00 (full size) is required for each set of specifications.
