A 42 foot (est) scale test car shall be converted from a 70 ton insulated, cushioned, coupled rail car. Test car shall carry a 100,000 pound testing dolly and any necessary power generating equipment for loading and unloading the dolly. A fixed price contract. F.O.B. origin.
