The 74th Medical Group at the USAF Medical Center, Wright-Patterson AFB requires complete preventive and remedial maintenance services for anestesia machines: Quanitity of twelve (12), Spectrum model, NARCOMED 3. The requirement encompasses all labor, repair parts, maintenance Documentation necessary to repair and maintain equipment in operational condition. Maintenance services require 1) Use of quilified technician(s), 2) Access to original equipment manufacturer parts/documentation, and 3) Critical on-site response time of 24 hours. Anticipated date for contract award is 01 Oct 95. This acquisition has been reserved for small businesses. All businesses, including their affiliates, whose average annual receipts from the previous three years do not exceed $5 Million are considered small business. Proposals will be considered from all small businesses. This solicitation will be issued approx 96 Jul 17. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered.
