Contractor shall be responsible for all labor and materials to receive, disassemble, inspect, report, overhaul, reassemble, test, and preserve the Positive Clutch in accordance with current Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications and standards and Coast Guard Specification No. 4342-R-242-197 dated 4/96. All parts to be furnished and used with the repairs must be genuine OEM parts. All responsible sources have been given the opportunity to submit information describing their capabilities in supplying the above services in Issue No. PSA-1617 dated June 17, 1996. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, SSS Clutch Company, the Original Equipment Manufacturer, or their authorized dealers, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Delivery to be approximately 150 days after contractor's receipt of Government Furnished Equipment. Delivery to be F.O.B.
