J -- CONTRACTOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF SIMULATORS SERVICES FOR ONE P-3 TRAINING DEVICE 2F87 (F) AT THE MOFFETT FEDERAL AIR FIELD, CA POC Contract Specialist - Kathryn Dillon, 407/380-4675; Contracting Officer Kathryn Dillon, 407/380-4675 Contractor Operation and Maintenance of Simulators (COMS) services with full supply support are to be performed on the P-3, 2F87F) training device at the Moffett Federal Air Field, CA. This is a bridge contract, with NO mobilization requirement, 8 months of COMS, commencing 1 October 1996 through 31 May 1997, and three (3) one month options for COMS/Transition. The entire contract will be for a period of 11 months. This bridge contract will be a limited competition opened only to those contractors currently performing COMS on the other Navy, P-3, 2F87(F) trainers.
