Contract period is 10-1-96 through 9-30-97 with two one-year renewal options. Preventive maintenance will be performed semi-annually. Emergency maintenance will be performed 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, with on-site response within 1 hour for critical calls and 2 hours for non-critical calls. Special procedures equipment includes but is not limited to dual plane c-arms, x-ray generators image intensifier tubes, camera, processors, computers, tables, monitors and data storage devices.
