The South Property Management Center requires the contractor to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, special tools, and supervision to perform repair work on a York 650 ton turbo master chiller at the Suitland Heating Plant. All work shall be in compliance with all state, local, and national codes. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the best practices of the trade and the York manufacturer's specifications. This procurement is totally set-aside for small business concerns.
