The US Soldiers & Airmen's Home (USSAH) requires the services of a qualified licensed physician, and/or certified physician assistant (PA) who is to be supervised by a qualified licensed physician. These services are for geriatric patients of USSAH's King Health Center, which has a 251 bed capacity. Basic service includes two (2) eight (8) hour night shifts, seven (7) days per week including all government holidays. These services may be provided by a PA with a physician on call or by a physician alone. The base period of performance will be October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997. The USSAH will have two (2) one (1) year options for renewal. Proposals will be evaluated using evaluation factors in the solicitation. Separate technical and cost proposals are required for this solicitation and are due by 12:00 noon on August 9, 1996. Award will be made no later than September 30, 1996.
