Contractor shall do all things necessary to provide real estate property sales closing services for Dept. of HUD on single family homes located in New York City and the counties of Nassau, Suffolk, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, and Westchester in New York State and must demonstrate experience in sales closings of such properties. Contract term is for one year with two options to extend the contract for an additional year. Contractor must establish an office in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens or Nassau County, NY. Contractor must be member of the New York State Bar. Solicitation packages will be available Aug. 6, 1996 at HUD's New York Office. There will be a pre-proposal conference at 10AM, Sept. 5, 1996 at the HUD New York Office.
