R -- SINGLE FAMILY HOUSING APPRAISAL SERVICES SOL RFP 09-00-6-0105P. Due 082296. Contact Sara Grant, 352-338-3426, Contracting Officer. USDA, Rural Development requires the services of a State of Florida Certified Residential Appraiser to complete single family detached residential appraisals for loan making purposes. The appraiser will be required to use both the Market and Cost approach methods in establishing the market value following the procedures outlined in FmHA Instruction 1922-C ``Single Family Housing Residential Appraisals''. The appraisals are for properties located within the counties of HENDRY AND COLLIER in the State of Florida. The award will be an indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery, firm, fixed-price contract covering FY 97 subject to availability of funds. The Government's estimated value of the contract is $25,000 to $50,000. Qualifications required of offeror are: (1) Licensed as an appraiser in Florida; (2) Certified as a residential appraiser; and (3) documentation that primary employment/business is that of a professional appraiser. Rural Development intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest fair and reasonable offer. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, only written requests for solicitations will be processed.
