Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals, and management services necessary to supply and deliver 3 megawatts (MW) of electrical energy on a continuous basis to Scott AFB Illinois, 62225, through Illinois Power Company meters on Scott AFB. Period of performance:1 through 30 September 1996. Power to be supplied in accordance with the terms and conditions of applicable FERC regulations and in accordance with Illinois Power Service Classification 37. Firm electrical energy to be provided on a continuous 24 hour per day basis. Vendor will provide energy management services required to supply requested energy service. These services should include, but are not limited to, the purchase, transportation, and balancing of electrical energy to provide 3 MW of demand continuously, resulting in 72,000 Kilowatt/hour (KWH) of power delivered every 24 hour period for the duration of the contract.
