Russell,2 02/708-8709 Provide all necessary management, supervision, labor, materials and equipment to perform Commercial Facilities Management (CFM) Services at the Federal Bureau Of Investigations (FBI) Regional Office Building, 3rd & F Streets, NW, Washington, DC. Services will include building management, operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment/electrical equipment, custodial, architectural/structural and sustaining maintenance/repairs, reimbursable building alteration services and energy management systems.
