The Maritime Administration proposes to procure by sealed bidding layberthing services for six vessels on the U.S. South Atlantic Coast which includes the east coasts of Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. The period of performance is one year with four one-year options. This solicitation is in part a re-competition of Contract DTMA91-92-D-200009 (2 ships) which expires April, 1997 and Contract DTMA91-92-D-200020 (2 ships) which is anticipated to expire November, 1997.
