Hall, Contracting Officer, 303/236-5412 Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for Historical Review and Development of a master plan to restore for public use, at Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge, north of Salt Lake City, Utah to a condition similar to that which was prevalent before the damage sustained in the flood of 1983. Specifically, the contractor will research the pre-flood conditions from records from the Brigham City Office, which includes biological information, historical records, photographs, and files. Based on the research a Public Use and Education Master Plan and a Headquarter's Facility and Education Center Concept Development Plan will be delivered. The Contractor will work closely with Fish and Wildlife personnel and the public during all phases of the work, including public meetings. The period of performance is approximately 10 months.
