X -- VET CENTER LEASE SOL RFP635-188-97 DUE 090296 POC Beverly Kimball, Contracting Officer The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center is interested in leasing an office space in the Oklahoma City metro area (bounded by Lincoln Blvd. East, Classen Blvd., West, N.E. 10th Street South, and N.E. 50th Street North) with the following requirements: must be handicapped accessible, must have handicapped accessible bathrooms, must include custodial service and utilities paid, must be able to provide adequate parking (minimum 25 spaces, and to provide space for (1) exterior Vet Center sign. Must be approximately 2500-3000 square feet with the following configuration: reception area, storage area, five (5) individual sound proof counselling offices, one (1) conference/group office, and one (1) computer equipment area. It is anticipated that Solicitation number 635-188-97 will be issued on or about August 2, 1996 with responses due on or about September 2, 1996.
