PRESOLICITATION NOTICE - The work includes construction of canopy roofs that vary up to 9.5 square meters, pavement of existing dirt parking lots, construction of concrete berms, installation of chain link fences, and installation of one indirect waste receptor and connection to existing sanitary sewer line and incidental related work complete and ready for use.--The estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. -- Firm Fixed Price Contract. -- Contract duration is approximately 120 calendar days. -- This proposed contract will be unrestricted.--The Standard Industrial Code is 1629 and the annual size standard is $17 million. It is recommended the subcontracting goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business Subcontracting effort.
