The work will generally consist of installation of a suspended acoustical ceiling and wall mounted acoustical panels, provision of heating, ventilation and air conditioning for the space, improvements to an existing wall to attain a fire rating, provision of a portable stage and audio control booth, and replacing the lighting. Provide toilet facilities to eliminate pedestrian cross traffic in the storage/warehouse area. Estimated price range: Between $250,000 and $500,000. Number of days in contract: 180.
