Y -- FURNISH AIR HANDLER, CONSTRUCTION LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, NECESSARY TO REPLACE EXISTING AIR HANDLER SOL KCMO-0003-I-96 DUE 082896. The Air Handler replacement project shall include the purchase of an air handler, Carrier model number 39W14889, serial number 62060145LH. The project includes includes the replacement of evaporator coils, TXV's refrigerant piping, evacuating and replacing refrigerant to the system, charging the system after exchange and startup. Additional components to this project shall include the physical removal of and disposal of the existing air handler and any necessary construction alterations to the Federal Building to accommodate removal and replacement of the air handler. Upon installation of the new unit, the contractor shall replace all partitions, flooring, ceiling grids and tile, windows, frames, doors and door frames, concrete flooring, concrete beams, water and drain lines, ceiling light fixtures by re-constructing all affected and damaged areas to the original condition.
