The proposed warehouse is to be 36 feet wide and 142 feet long and will be located to the southwest of the existing tree cooler. The facility includes general warehousing space, a wood shop, a general purpose shop, and an unisex restroom conforming to ADA requirements. This structure has concrete floors, metal siding and metal roofing as well as some additional exterior slabs. Heating utilizes natural gas. Utilities will be provided to within 10 feet of the proposed structure by the Government. Approximate start date is 09/23/96. Contract time is approximately 120 days. Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds are required. This is not set-aside for Small Business Concerns. Estimated cost range is between S100,000 and S250,000. (0184)
