Barracks include living/sleeping rooms, baths, walk-in closets, and services areas. Support facilities include utilities; fire sprinkler and alarm systems; additional left turn lanes on Pleasonton Road; paving; walks; outdoor recreation areas; storm drainage; and site improvements. A central energy plant will be provided. Demolition of existing buildings includes asbestos and lead-based paint abatement and site restoration. Estimated Cost Range: $25,000,000 to $50,000,000 - - Bid sets available at $140.00 for half-size and $440.00 for full-size. No individual sheets of half-size drawings may be purchased.
