This project involves demolition, removal, and disposal of existing structure. The work is located at Nawailiwili Harbor, Kauai. The project site is on State of Hawaii Land, Department of Transportation, Harbors Division. All work shall be completed within 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is issued under and the resulting contract awarded under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (PLA 100-656).
