The work includes replacement of carpet, vinyl wall-covering, painting and refurbishing restrooms. Also included is the removal of existing carpet, vinyl wall covering, ceramic wall and floor tile in restrooms, replacing plumbing fixtures in the restrooms and some painting in designated areas. Project also includes electrical work and the removal and replacement, under Additive Bid Item 1, of window drapes and hardware. 1 job. Deliveries to Wallops Island, VA. Services are to be completed within 180 days of date of notice to proceed. The estimated cost ranges between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
