The approximate surface is 2500 sf. All existing paints contain lead, and removal and disposal shall be in accordance with the applicable OSHA regulations. In addition, replace three each glass panels and miscellaneous bolts. The work shall be located at U. S. Coast Guard Diamond Head Lighthouse, Honolulu, Hawaii. All work shall be completed within 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is issued under and the resulting contract awarded under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (PL 100-656).
